Day 7
We are now on our way to Jerusalem to see the city. We have entered through the Dung Gate. Which puts you in right at the western wall, we headed on down to put our prayers in the wall one of the guys in our group Mike this was very important to him he had been in the war at Desert Storm and was ordered to fire on woman and children. We then got to go into a tunnel in the western wall it was very interesting we were able to see that a lot of wall was still covered up and also the size of them which is pretty incredible they had pulleys and a couple of oxen and a men's backs to build it. Then we walked over to the palace where our Lord was condemned and then where they held him in prison over night before they took him back to be crucified. Showed us where he fell and all his agony to the cross. We also went to the place where he was crucified; there they have another church built on top of it. They also have another place where they feel that might be but not as probable but it was a much more comfortable place to be it was in a garden a lot more peaceful and an easier place to pray. As far as I was concerned it did not matter because our Lord is not there anymore. So let them argue over where.
